William Knapp moved to approve the minutes of May 13, 2009. Motion seconded by Jim Schumaker.

2nd Motion
Motion: 
William Knapp moved to have the Conservation Commission recommend to the Town Council to re-authorize the November 2006 Open Space Referendum for a similar bond value. Motion seconded by Robert Pulford.
