Motion: 
Ralph Moyer moved to approve the minutes of June 10, 2009. There were no minutes for July because a quorum was not present. No minutes for August because the Commission does not meet in August. Motion seconded by Rick Baldoni.

2nd Motion
Motion: 
William Knapp moved to tentatively consider changing their December 9, 2009 meeting to December 16, 2009 to accommodate the Central CT. State University students' powerpoint presentations on Wintergreen Woods. Motion seconded by Robert Pulford.

Ralph Moyer moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:40 p.m. Motion seconded by William Knapp.
