Motion: 
Motion made by Ralph Moyer to approve the minutes of December 9, 2009. Motion seconded by Robert Pulford.

2nd Motion
Motion: 
Motion made by Ralph Moyer for the Conservation Commission to recommend that the Town Council accept the recommmendation of the sub-committee report on the review of the delinquent lots listed on the 2008 Grand List to begin the process to acquire lot # 65 (0.8 acres owned by Jeronim Logush, et all) located on Harvard Street and abutting the northwest corner of Wintergreen Woods for use as open space. Motion seconded by Robert Pulford.
