Since 1998 the Wethersfield Department of Social and Youth Services has benefited from their collaboration with the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving through the Steven M. Salter Memorial Fund. Through disbursements over the last ten years the Department's Positive Youth Development programs have been enhanced. The year 2007 was no exception. Through these funds the Department was able to purchase a portable LCD projector to use for its many Community presentations and Positive Youth Development Programs.
