Guided Tours and Garden Visits will close are closed for the season. We will reopen June 5, 2020.

Trails are closed. They will reopen for cross-country skiing on December 18.

From north or south on the Taconic State Parkway, take the exit to US44/Poughkeepsie/Millbrook. Turn east on Route 44 toward Millbrook. Continue 10.9 miles on 44 east to Bangall Amenia Rd. Watch for the blue Wethersfield Garden signs. Turn left on Bangall Amenia Rd and continue for 2.4 miles. Turn right onto Pugsley Hill Rd and drive for 1.4 miles to the estate entrance on your left.

The Wethersfield Institute provides  cultural, spiritual, and intellectual programs through the generosity and support of people like you.

Wethersfield is privately maintained by the Wethersfield Foundation, and relies on your generosity and support to conserve the estate and make its gardens and grounds available for public use.

With a focus on restoration, Friends of Wethersfield funds conservation projects that maintain the estate, gardens, and grounds in accordance with their original aesthetic splendor.

The garden and trails are closed for the season.
