2024 Wethersfield Adventurers Club
August 30 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
“The world is so full of a number of things, I’m sure we should all be as happy as kings.”
– “The World” by Robert Louis Stevenson
The Wethersfield Adventurers Club is led by certified teacher and farmer, Allison Toepp, an Arts and Science Educator and part-time farmer who is dedicated to instilling a passion for learning in children. Join us as we venture into the most beautiful of all classrooms – the vast tapestry of nature. This 7-week program will focus on a variety of topics including how seeds grow, how gardens grow, how pollinators work to architect our food chain – and much more. This engaging romp into nature is designed for children ages 5 through 12. Dates are on Friday’s July-August 30 from 9 AM – 12 PM. While it is not required for children to attend all sessions, maximum participation is ideal.
Please note that this is not a drop-off program. Parents or caregivers are required to attend – and invited to join in as we get our hands dirty and learn together.
REGISTRATION COMING SOON!
