Friends of Wethersfield Garden Luncheon
The Friends of Wethersfield Garden Luncheon will take place on Saturday, August 31, 2024. On this occasion, we will honor three generations of the Stillman Family: Budnik, Shafer and Stillman family members. In particular, we honor the lineal descendants for their tireless devotion, in time and support, to preserve the beauty and values of Wethersfield, as intended by Founder, Chauncey Stillman. We hope you will join us to celebrate the family’s continued role in service of the renaissance underway at Wethersfield.
Julia Brown, Simone Mailman and Deanna Mulligan are the co-chairs of this much-celebrated event.

About the Event
The Friends of Wethersfield Garden Luncheon raises much-needed funds for the restoration, preservation, and enhancement of the garden and grounds as well as for the creation of both cultural and recreational programming for the community. A 1,000-acre sanctuary of elegance and charm, Wethersfield remains a marvel. Its garden is among the most significant Italianate Renaissance gardens in the United States.
